Welcome to my page.

My journey to a healthier natural lifestyle started when I had my oldest son who was diagnosed with asthma. I am passionate about keeping my family healthy especially during the Cold and Flu season. After much research I decided to make our own organic elderberry syrup and we couldn't be happier.
